- individual EMS personal training and professional guidance;
- EMS base-layer training clothing;
- professional EMS training equipment;
- a sauna towel upon request;
- shower gel and shampoo upon request.

You do not need to bring any special equipment for EMS training – we take care of it for you.
This means you can conveniently come to training straight from work or before your next appointment, without worrying about the necessary equipment.
